Health assessments
Understanding the situation of an organization is a prerequisite for being able to develop in the right direction. GreenGardens® use Whole, a tool based on long research from Linköping University. In a trustworthy, transparent and multidimensional way, it reveals both the organization's strengths and weaknesses. Most important of all; the output generates specific actions. Keynotes & Education
Together with Rasmus Troedsson - for example known for his role as "Head waiter Bellan Roos" in the TV serie "The Restaurant" ("Vår tid är nu") and with a long background in journalism and communication - I offer a series of lectures and workshops on the topic of "To measure the immeasurable with scientifically based methods" via SAJ.se, Sweden's oldest speaking agency. I also offer keynotes and lectures regarding organizational health and organizational learning in general.
